Shipping Costs

• Free Shipping – All orders over £79 qualify for free delivery.

• Standard Shipping – A flat fee of £6.99 applies to orders under £79.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a tracking link with detailed delivery updates.

Fast Dispatch and Delivery

We aim to deliver your order within 1 to 3 working days when it is placed before 12:00 PM on a business day. All deliveries are handled by our trusted courier partner, DPD.

Shipping Process

To ensure speed and reliability, we follow a consistent order processing system:

• Same-Day Dispatch – Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Monday to Friday) are typically sent to the warehouse the same day and often shipped that day.

• Next-Day Dispatch – Orders placed after 12:00 PM are processed the following business day and are usually dispatched within 24 hours.

• Processing Time – Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of being processed, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Please note that orders placed during weekends, public holidays, or at the beginning or end of the month may experience slight delays.
